The total payment is in advance to a bank deposit.
Once you made the reservations, the dates are unalterable and the payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.

Conditions:
Check-in and check-out time is at midday. There is the possibility of an early check-in or checkout depending on the availability (please consult).
The guest of our guests can use the social facilities of the hotel (they do not have access to the rooms area), there are some restrictions on the pool use (please consult as).
Nourishment plans include an entree or salad, main course, and desert from the menu. with exception of the lobster dishes which can be requested paying 50% of its price). These do not include alcoholic nor non- alcoholic beverages (except Plus Plan). The hotel's restaurant schedule is from 8 am to 10:30 pm. The bar open from 10 am to 11 pm. Room Service from 8am to 10pm.
The Plus Package include besides sodas, juices and beer, and big selection of national and international liquors (Whisky, Vodka, Pisco, Tequila, Rum, Cachaca, Red & white Wine and Champaign of the house). We include also all the drinks that have this liquors.
The swimming pool can be used from 7am to 11pm.
The Tours (Los Manglares, Los Pilares, Cabo Blanco, Natural Thermal and Mud Baths, etc) and additional services (therapeutic massages, scuba diving, horse rides, fishing, etc) have additional and variable prices, please consult. (These services are not offered directly by the hotel but by operators in Mancora who are highly recommended by the hotel). Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Use of table games have not cost.
Penalties and Benefits :
n the case of a cancellation with more than 24 hours in advance there will be a devolution of 90% of the total. In case of not canceling at least with 24 hours of anticipation, we will charge 1 night lodging per non-show.
Reservation with any special discount promotion cannot suffer alterations on dates and are not subject to devolution in case of cancellation. |
